Requirements for this role include:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a graduate school accredited by the Council of Social Work
• 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in a healthcare setting
• A valid state license as a Medical Social Worker
• A current driver's license and ability to drive up to 20% of the workday
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
