We Are Looking For Compassionate Home Health Medical Social Workers With:
- Master's degree in Social Work from a graduate school accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
- One to two years of postgraduate social work experience in a healthcare setting
- Must hold a valid license as a Medical Social Worker issued by the state in which you work
- Current driver's license and ability to spend time driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to manage your time and schedule effectively
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
