About the Role
- Mastery in Social Work from an accredited graduate school by the Council of Social Work
- 1-2 years post-graduate social work experience in healthcare settings
- A valid Medical Social Worker license issued by the state in which you work
- Current driver's license and ability to spend approximately 20% of workday driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting
- The ability to self-manage time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
