We Are Looking For:
- Compassionate Home Health Medical Social Workers with a Master's degree in Social Work from a graduate school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- One to two years of post-graduate social work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Must hold a license as a Medical Social Worker issued by the state in which you work.
- Current driver's license and ability to spend 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-management skills and time management
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
- Valid driver's license
- Licensed Medical Social Worker
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience
- Master's degree in Social Work
