We're Seeking Compassionate Home Health Medical Social Workers With:

• Masters in Social Work from a graduate school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• One to two years of post-graduate social work experience in a healthcare setting
• A valid license as a Medical Social Worker issued by the state where you'll work
• A current driver's license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
