Job Description
As a Home Health Clinical Support Nurse, you will provide all levels of care to our patients. Your role includes supporting patients in Wheaton, IL, and surrounding areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- RN license in the state you work
- Previous Home Health Experience Preferred
- Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
