We Are Seeking Experienced Nurses Who Possess:
- LPN licensure in the relevant state
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Two years of LPN experience, preferably in hospice care
- A valid driver's license and ability to spend approximately 20% of working hours driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to meeting charting deadlines
- Self-management skills and proficiency in using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
