This role involves:
- E nsuring productivity goals of clinical staff are met
- E nsuring case management guidelines are followed by each team member
- Assigning patients to multidisciplinary teams and adjusting schedules as needed
- Serving as the first line for resolution of concerns and issues for the staff
- Training, developing, and mentoring staff, including creating and recruitment processes
- Communicating regularly with support staff to assess current needs and determine level of accountability
- Developing staff to meet quality, safety, and competency requirements
We seek a compassionate Hospice Clinical Supervisor After Hours RN with:
- Licensed RN or BSN with current state license
- Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience required
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience preferred
- Familiarity with all regulations pertaining to Hospice operation to ensure compliance
