Work Schedule
This role would require working Friday evenings until Monday mornings.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Ensure productivity goals of clinical staff are met
- Ensure case management guidelines are being followed by each team member
- Assign patients to multidisciplinary team and adjust schedules as needed
- Serve as the first line for resolution of concerns and issues for the staff
- Train, develop, and mentor staff
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Licensed RN or BSN with current state license
- Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience required
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience preferred
- Familiarity with all regulations pertaining to Hospice operation to ensure compliance
