What You'll Do in This Role:
- Ensure productivity goals of clinical staff are met by providing guidance and support
- Ensure case management guidelines are followed by each team member
- Assign patients to multidisciplinary teams and adjust schedules as needed
- Act as the first line of resolution for concerns and issues for the staff
- Train, develop, and mentor staff through continuous training and education
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed RN or BSN with current state license
- Minimum 2 years of Hospice experience required
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience preferred
- Familiarity with all regulations pertaining to Hospice operation to ensure compliance
