The ideal candidate will have an LPN license in the state they work, graduate from an approved school of practical nursing, and two years of LPN experience, preferably in hospice care. They should also possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as experience with EMR software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of employment
- Graduate of an accredited program for practical nursing
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN, with a preference for hospice experience
- Current driver's license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software
