We seek compassionate nurses with:
- An active LPN license in the state where you work
- Graduation from an approved school of practical nursing
- Two years of LPN experience, with hospice experience preferred
- A valid driver's license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting
- The skills to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
