We seek compassionate Hospice Medical Social Workers with:
- A Master's in Social Work from an accredited graduate school
- Minimum one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
- A valid license as a Medical Social Worker issued by the state in which you work
- A current driver's license and ability to drive ~20% of the day
- A commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting
