What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Regional Sales Director position at Residential Home Health and Hospice?

Residential Hospice is looking for a Regional Sales Director to establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the Toledo, Ohio and surrounding service areas. This leader will maintain and grow their own assigned territory, provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the Hospice Consultant team, while continuing to focus on the Company's strategic goals.Regional Sales Director Responsibilities :
- Maintain relationships with all existing referral sources
- Actively prospect for new referral sources based on our scope of service
- Help educate Hospice Consultants on the benefits of the company's service offering
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
- Establish performance goals for all Hospice Consultants and monitor and document performance on a continual basis
- Work with Hospice Consultants to develop and / or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the company
- Lead Sales meetings for the Hospice Consultant teamRegional Sales Director Qualifications & Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
