This role involves providing care to patients in Imlay City, MI and surrounding areas on a Friday-Sunday schedule from 8am-8pm. We offer flexible scheduling options supported by dedicated schedulers.
We have a 24/7/365 after-hours care team to provide support when you need it. Our company prioritizes emotional health and wellness support for you and your family.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Graduated from an approved school of practical nursing
- Two years of LPN experience, with hospice experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
