We are seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Hospice team at Residential Home Health and Hospice. This position involves providing nursing care to patients in Imlay City, MI and surrounding areas, with a schedule from Friday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
- Two years of LPN experience, hospice preferred
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
