We're seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our extraordinary care team. As a home health registered nurse case manager, you'll lead and collaborate with colleagues to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

This role supports patients in Monroe, MI and surrounding areas. You'll have the opportunity to earn a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year.

We're Looking for Compassionate Nurses with:

  • RN license in the state you work.
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
