Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to join our after-hours team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering patient care plans and collaborating with our team to provide exceptional care to patients in Troy, MI and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have a commitment to patient care and experience working in hospice care. This role has a unique schedule that includes one week of Sunday (4p-4a), Tuesday (4p-2a) and Thursday (4p-2a), and the following week Wednesday (4p-2a), Friday (4p-2a) and Saturday (4p-4a).
