Residential Home Health RN Position

As a home health registered nurse case manager at Residential Home Health and Hospice, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to those who need it most. We're seeking compassionate nurses with:

• An active RN license in the state you work.

• Graduation from an approved school of practical nursing.

• One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.

• A current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.

• A commitment to consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting.

• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule.

• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
