Responsibilities: As a registered nurse with Residential Home Health and Hospice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through comprehensive care plans. You will work closely with our experienced staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
">Requirements: We're looking for compassionate nurses with:
- RN licensure in the state where you'll work
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
- Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive up to 20% of the workday

- Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
