Job Description
The Home Health Nursing Preceptor will serve as primary preceptor for new staff to orient, support, mentor, guide and educate. This role involves improving quality of care and service, work performance and department processes.
Responsibilities include performing assessments and daily visits as established by plan of care and/or MD orders, providing continuing education to patients, caregivers and others in the management of their illness, and ensuring courteous, accurate and timely services.
