- 7a - 7p (Every other weekend)
- 7p - 7a (Every other weekend)
Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with individuals being serviced and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment
- Ideal DSP to Patient Ratio
- Low-Stress Work Environment

- Care Team approach that includes working with a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) to execute health and residential needs
- Previous experience in personal/ clinical care or other related fields
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Medication Aide & CPR Certification preferred
