Overview
Seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Carlisle, PA. This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the local area in the comfort of their own home!
Qualifications:
- 1 year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
- BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
What you need to know:
- Fulltime | Monday - Friday | One weekend every 5-7 weeks
- Flexible schedules, no long shifts, and minimal weekend shifts a year
- A comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program
- Full Benefits (Health, Dental, and Vision)
Comp Range:
Home Health: Pay-Per-Visit position with a 6-month orientation pay guarantee! $3K Per pay period stipend guaranteed for the 6 months.
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $77-100K
- Per Visit Rate: Ranges from $42-52/visit
- $15K Sign-On Bonus (paid out quarterly over the course a year)
- Outcome based Bonus ($1K per quarter)

Hospice: Salary Position
- Pay Rate/Salary (Salary): $80k/year plus $15,000 First Year Success Bonus
