We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience managing inventory, purchase orders, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment. If you're detail-oriented, can handle physical tasks, and are comfortable with technology, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Manage Purchase Orders : Ensure all orders are placed, tracked, and received accurately and on time.

Warranty Parts, Returns, and Credits : Oversee the management of warranty parts and handle returns and credits with vendors.

Vendor Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, always seeking the best pricing and terms.

Inventory Control : Track and control warehouse inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, including conducting monthly inventory counts to maintain accurate records.

Supplier Sourcing : Continuously look for new suppliers to ensure we get the best prices on materials and parts.

Physical Demands : Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Scheduling & Logistics : Start at 6 : 30 am daily and be willing to organize and coordinate orders, pickups, and deliveries after hours as needed.

Technical Proficiency : Comfortable with Excel and other computer systems to track orders, inventory, and supplier data.

Travel Requirements : Willing to travel locally to pick up supplies and deliver them to job sites when necessary.

Qualifications :

HVAC experience preferred : Familiarity with HVAC parts, systems, and terminology.

Driving Record : Must have a clean driving record.

Background Check & Drug Test : Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Fast-Paced Environment : Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
