Seeking a full-time person to provide painting and drywall repair services for Mount Dora and Tanglewood Apartments. Job duties will include areas such as vacant make-ready (painting, drywall installation and repairs, installation of baseboards, doors, etc.), and other items depending on the need of the property and direction from the Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
