What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Residential Management, Inc.?
Various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment community. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company. Responsible for getting apartments ready for new move-ins, work orders and requests from Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager. A/C experience is required to assess and repair units, additional experience in plumbing, appliances, electrical and minor carpentry work a bonus.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be available for rotation of 24 hour on-call service. Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment. Must be able to work independently and have self motivation. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with good driving record is necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
