Job Description :

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This unique role combines financial analysis with operational coordination, playing a key part in driving the financial and operational success of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be adept at reviewing and analyzing monthly financial statements, tracking KPIs, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring that actionable insights are effectively implemented. This position will work closely with property managers and leadership to ensure that financial analyses lead to meaningful actions and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze monthly financial statements to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for operational and financial improvement.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), including occupancy rates, turnover, rent collection, and expense control, to provide insights into property and portfolio performance.
• Create, review, and manage annual budgets, ensuring they align with organizational goals and financial objectives.
• Identify and document actionable items from financial analyses, coordinating corrective actions with property managers and relevant departments.
• Track the progress of identified action items, providing regular updates to leadership on ongoing initiatives and their impact on portfolio performance.
• Serve as a liaison between finance and operations, ensuring clear communication of objectives, progress, and challenges across departments.
• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing analysis findings, progress on action items, and recommendations for further improvement.
• Develop and maintain tools, templates, and processes to streamline the tracking of actionable items and reporting progress.
• Support forecasting and financial modeling efforts to guide strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
