What are the responsibilities and job description for the FEE SPLIT REAL ESTATE APPRAISER position at Residential Real Estate Appraisal Company?
In need of a Certified Residential Appraiser who is FHA approved. Compensation will be on a fee split basis. Job entails performing inspections, pulling comps and signing the report. We will take care of accepting assignments, communication with the client, writing the report, following up on revision requests and accounting.
Appraiser must be willing to cover Fairfax, Arlington, Loudon, Prince William and further if desired. We have several clients and the potential to do at least 1 inspection per day once approved.
Compensation as a W9 subcontractor.
