We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide support to adults diagnosed with autism and intellectual disabilities both in their homes and within the greater Westbrook community. SCHEDULE::
A variety of opportunities are available including but not limited to full and part-time, double shifts, overnights, weekends, and weekdays.
Our residents are looking for support staff to assist them in living full and meaningful lives. Depending on the home, some ambulatory assistance (walker or wheelchair), assistance with meal prep and planning, housekeeping, and personal care, including dressing and using the bathroom, is required.
Experience with medication passing and personal care are preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates!
Pay rates based on experience and accompanied certifications: $16.50 - $18 an hour.:

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of experience as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
- An acceptable criminal history and other background checks, as required.
