We are looking for a full-time, salaried Program Manager: in Derry, NH, in a group-home type program. Our program managers monitor the clinical, philosophical, and fiscal aspects of programs supporting adults with brain injuries or developmental disabilities. Experience working with behavioral supports, and providing supervision, support, and training to direct support staff is required, preferably in a group home setting.
Program Managers typically work 40-60 hours/week, including three direct care shifts per week. Rotating on-call coverage and the ability to pass medication training are required. Ideal applicants enjoy the social, fun, and energizing aspects of improving someone's life, seeing each day as an adventure.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least three years as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history
- Acceptable criminal history and other background checks
- Experience working with behavioral supports, and providing supervision, support, and training to direct support staff
