Residential Resources is looking for a Home Care Provider who has experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. This is a contracted position (non-employee) in which you would open your home to a person who needs support.
As a Home Care Provider, you would be expected to assist this individual with all aspects of ADLs, assisting/providing meals, and assisting with medication administration. You would also ensure that medical appointments are met, transportation is provided, and basic daily/monthly Medicaid required documentation is completed in a timely manner. It would be important that you are able to work well with the Individual’s support team. Training and ongoing support will be provided!
