What You’ll Be Doing:
- Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
- Offer free roof inspections to homeowners (yep, 100% free!)
- Spot signs of storm damage, leaks, and wear—don’t worry, we’ll train you!
- Climb ladders to access roof or fly drones (if certified) to get the best view
- Take photos, document issues, and explain the situation clearly
- Help homeowners take the next step toward repairs or replacements
- Work closely with our project managers and sales team
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident communicator
- Comfortable walking, knocking doors, and engaging with homeowners
- Basic roofing knowledge is a plus – we provide training
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Physically able to climb ladders and access roofs
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in roofing, sales, canvassing, or construction is a plus
