What You'll Do:
- Be a Lifeline: Offer compassionate support during the evening hours, assisting residents with personal care, medication management, and daily routines.
- Handle Challenges with Grace: Respond calmly and effectively to any medical or behavioral issues, following our proven protocols.
- Create Joy: Encourage residents to engage in social activities, learn new skills, and participate in fun, recreational opportunities.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Work closely with healthcare professionals, case managers, and families to provide seamless, coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident activities, incidents, and any interventions in their records.
- Ensure a Safe Space: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing light housekeeping and conducting regular safety inspections.

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (experience in a caregiving role is a plus!).

Choose Your Schedule:
- Wednesday-Saturday: (Wed. 12:30-10:30pm, Thurs. 2:30-10:30pm, Fri. 12:30-9:30pm, Sat. 8am-9pm)
- Sunday-Wednesday: (Sun. 8am-9pm, Mon. 2-10pm, Tues. 2:30-9:30, Wed. 2-10:30pm)
