ABOUT SPRING GLEN RETIREMENT COMMUNITY:
- Ideal Staff to Resident Ratio: 6 staff to 15 residents (staff composition: 1 Nurse, 5 Direct Care), nurses can focus on medical care needs

NURSING POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
FT, PT, and PRN nurses. Active RN or LPN license valid in NC required.
- Schedules: FT: Overnight Fr, Sat, and Sun 7:00p-7:30a, PT Every other Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p, PRN
- Lead Training Opportunities: Train direct care staff on use of medical equipment & provision of basic medical care services, assist with healthcare and hygiene education, develop protocols & guidelines, administer medications, maintain medical equipment, complete nursing observations and assessments
