Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking to add compassionate entry-level Overnight 3rd shift Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / Caregivers to our team. Working in our community-based homes full-time or part-time, our DSPs provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have a variety of full-time and part-time shifts available to fit many schedules. We even pay you to sleep! Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / Caregivers earn $14.50 / hour for awake overnight shifts. We also offer a great employee referral bonus program ($800 per referral), a 403(b) retirement plan, and more! Our full-time employees are eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, and dental. We also pay an EXTRA $2 / hour for all hours worked on the weekends! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) / CAREGIVER
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a successful drug test and background check
