Free Training Program
Residential Services Incorporated and Etelcare would like to formally extend to you an invitation to attend General Industry Training for the DSP (Direct Support Professional) and PCA (Personal Care Attendant) training at no cost to you. This training is not specific to our Agency, and the information you learn can be used at other agencies.
This voluntary training includes Medication Administration, Documentation training, Clients Rights and Ethics Overview and general understanding of the DSP or PCA Position.
Our training will run weekly Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM; or otherwise directed.
A certificate will be awarded for successful completion.
Successful completion includes timely attendance of all training provided with active and respectful participation.
