Residential Services, Inc. is hiring a part-time Office Assistant to provide administrative support to the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) Department. This position is located at RSI's Virginia, MN office. It is a part-time role, requiring 25 hours per week, with hours scheduled Monday through Friday.
Salary: $19.00-$19.50 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, faxing, and organizing documents.
- Collect and verify the completion of staff training checklists.
- Respond to information requests for service recipients, ensuring that appropriate release of information forms are signed.
- Track the time to respond to ARMHS requests and submit information for billing.
- Prepare and distribute necessary documents for service delivery, including verification forms, intakes, staying well plans, release of information forms, policies, authorizations, and other service-related paperwork.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education/Work Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of office-related experience.
