What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight IRTS / RCS Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker position at Residential Services, Inc.?
Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) has a part-time Mental Health Worker opening with our Lotus Grace program in Cambridge, MN. This position will work within a 24 / 7 Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) team to implement treatment plans and services that enable the service recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment and independent living and community skills. This position is for 3 overnight shifts per week from 10pm to 8am.
Salary : $20.00-$21.00 per hour
About RSI Lotus Grace :
Located on a serene 20-acre hobby farm in Cambridge, MN, RSI’s Lotus Grace IRTS & RCS setting is designed to support up to five people. The mission at Lotus Grace is to assist in addressing mental health in our community by providing services aimed to meet the immediate support needs of people experiencing mental health crises in a licensed residential setting. Our unique nature-based setting, complete with a variety of farm animals, creates a peaceful environment for healing, growth, and recovery.

What You’ll do as a Mental Health Worker :
As a Mental Health Worker, you will work with the treatment team to implement treatment plans and services for adults experiencing psychiatric instability. You will provide support and services that are rehabilitative and help the recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living skills. Associate of Arts Degree or two years of full-time postsecondary education, or a total of 15 semester hours or 23 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields; or
