Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Independent Living Skills Worker (IHSW) for our In-Home Youth, Families, & Respite program in Duluth, MN. As an IHSW, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives. Shifts: Shift times fall between the hours of 6:00am-8:00pm during the week. Every-other weekend is required and may include day, evening, or asleep overnight shifts.
Salary: $20.25-$21.25 per hour, reduced rate for asleep overnight hours

What you’ll do as an Independent Living Skills Worker:
As An IHS Worker, You Will Serve Youth And Young Adults Living In Private Home Settings. You Will Help Individuals Achieve Their Maximum Level Of Independence By Providing Skill Training And Supports Needed To Perform Everyday Tasks. You Will Work Collaboratively With The Person And Their Support Team To Implement Supports Plans That Will Help Them Achieve Independence In a Variety Of Skill Areas Including
