Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Power BI Developer Intern to support our reporting and data visualization initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in data analytics, reporting solutions, and business intelligence tools within a growing tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Reporting & Dashboard Development:

• Assist in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Work with existing datasets to optimize visualizations and insights for business needs.

Data Integration & Modeling:

• Help connect and integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and Excel.
• Learn and apply data modeling techniques to support reporting requirements.

Collaboration & Learning:

• Work closely with teams across departments to gather reporting needs and enhance analytics capabilities.
• Gain exposure to real-world business intelligence applications and reporting strategies.

Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance:

• Support efforts to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving reporting inconsistencies.

Training & Documentation:

• Help create documentation and training materials for internal teams using Power BI tools.
• Provide user support as needed for dashboard enhancements and updates.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

• Identify opportunities to improve data visualization and reporting processes.
• Stay updated on best practices in Power BI and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of Power BI, including data visualization and report development.
• Exposure to SQL, DAX, or data modeling concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Excel and data integration techniques.

Experience & Education:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous coursework or projects involving Power BI or business intelligence is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
