Job Title: Biotech Sales Director for West Coast Expansion
The Biotech Sales Director for West Coast Expansion will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth for our Commercial Services Organization across our technology platforms, Process and Analytical Development, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement sales & business development strategy
- Research and develop new business prospects
- Represent Resilience at trade shows and conferences
- Owning lead generation and conversion
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in CDMO sales and business development, project management, contract management, or development and manufacturing experience. Experience in contract negotiations, licensing and royalties, fee for service, clinical and commercial supply agreements is also required. A Bachelor's degree in a related life sciences / engineering field is required.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $160,000 - $235,000. Resilience offers a robust total rewards program, including equity, an annual cash bonus program, a 401(k) plan with a generous company match, and a benefits package.
