About Us
Resilience Lab is modernizing how clinicians work together towards our mission : to provide broad and affordable access to quality mental health care. Our diverse team of over 250 clinicians offers psychiatry and therapy services while enjoying flexible schedules and working remotely. We provide billing and administrative support, so our clinicians can focus on their clients. Our clinically-led Resilience Institute provides a lifelong learning curriculum via workshops, intensives, and learning pods that enable best-in-class outcomes–participation is completely free.
Resilience Lab clients receive psychiatric care through Options MD, which is a team of psychiatrists and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs). Our Options MD team works closely with our therapists to provide comprehensive care for a wide range of clients, including those experiencing serious mental illness (SMI).
Collaboration is central to the Resilience Methodology. Our therapists serve as the coordinating lead among providers, ensuring seamless integration of care. The therapy and psychiatry teams work closely together on referrals, with our psychiatry team monitoring medication effects. Our therapists evaluate intervention outcomes as part of weekly therapy sessions.
