Responsibilities:
- Maintain current broker relationships and identify areas for potential growth.
- Assist in managing the pipeline of distribution partners, monitoring key KPIs to track broker performance for assigned territory.
- Ensure visibility with brokers, to educate them on our product offering and to drive quality submission flow.
- Drive profitability by leveraging relationships to meet growth goals.
- Collaborate with underwriting to ensure internal KPIs are met, such as submissions, GWP, submit/quote ratios and quote/bind ratios.
- Maintain intricate knowledge of the competitive landscape, to ensure awareness of our position in the market.
- Develop a strong understanding of company offerings and services, such as risk transfer, cyber security and data science.
- Prospect for strategic partnership opportunities with existing or new brokerage relationships.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years experience in the insurance industry (cyber experience preferred).
- An established network of broker contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on proactive communication.
- Driven by a growth mindset.
- High performing organizational skills and the ability to plan events.
