What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Representative - Leasing experience, heavy outbound calling position at Resiliency LLC?
Note: This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesday and Wednesday with an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs. Also, for training purposes, the candidate must report to the Mount Laurel, NJ office for the 1st 30 days.
May be required to be in office first 30 days. May be required to be in office for various trainings. Expected to work 8:30 to 5, moving to 9 to 5:30 based on business need.

• Leasing experience
• Not looking for third party experience
• Heavy interaction with Canon’s customers - strong customer service skills is a must
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong excel and word experience
• Accounting and cash application experience
• Degree preferred in Finance or Business
Salary : $17 - $22
