Resiliency LLC is seeking a seasoned Licensed Supervising Journeyman/Electrical Contractor with multi-site exp. This key leadership role involves overseeing the electrical team, ensuring efficient task completion and on-schedule delivery. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and an ability to drive market delivery and installation margins.
Responsibilities:
- Environmental Health & Safety: Conduct business in compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety Policies, conduct periodic safety meetings, and maintain safety documents and logs.
- Operations: Provide direct and indirect managerial oversight to branch operational employees, including journeyman-electrical, apprentices-electrical, and lead journeyman-electrical. Ensure all electrical work is in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED, valid supervising journeyman electrician license, 3 years' experience managing 10 or more employees across more than one location, or 2 years of electrical experience with WillScot.
- M.S. Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience, strong customer service orientation, active listening, excellent oral/written communication, ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, experience applying creativity to problem-solving, and build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors through open, proactive communication.
