Job Summary :
We're seeking an experienced Project Management Professional to coordinate, manage, and oversee industrial construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, design consultants, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure projects are executed according to contract documents, design specifications, and standard engineering practices.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by coordinating with designers and engineers.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost / change order management, accounting records, and work plan procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and customers to exchange and communicate review comments, develop document control plans, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate and monitor schedule updates, staffing needs, invoices, and submittals, and communicate project status with the Project Team and customer.
- Develop sequences of activities for contractors, direct subcontractors, and resolve problems related to work procedures and construction / design issues.
- Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that all safety codes are met in construction.
- Collaborate with others to deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget.

This position oversees and manages the activities of process contractors on the jobsite for their assigned scope of work and is responsible for the overall process installation of the project.
