What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney position at Resiliency LLC?
What you will be doing :
- Meet deadlines
- Multi-task
- Handle a high volume of cases
- Research complicated legal issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and responses, and all other documents in a timely manner
- Work closely with other attorneys and support staff
- Handle court appearances, client meetings, and depositions
- Communicate with clients regularly
- Although this position offers remote work, you will be expected to commute to the Baltimore office 3 days per week. You will be required to come to the office 5 days per week during your training period, which is the first 90-180 days.
