Position Summary :
As the Nursing Director, you will serve as the department administrator, responsible for establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards. You will direct and supervise staff and workflow, with budgetary and fiscal accountability. This role requires 24 / 7 oversight of the Nursing department, supporting the hospital's mission, vision, and goals while focusing on patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and the community. Key responsibilities include approving timekeeping, employee evaluations, regulatory compliance, supply orders, and strategic planning.
