We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Resiliency LLC. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Education: Possess a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Certifications: Maintain CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
