What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Damage Attorney - Plaintiff position at Resiliency LLC?
What you will be doing :
- Represent clients in first party property damage claims, including but not limited to, fire, water, wind, and hurricane damage.
- Manage all phases of litigation from intake through trial, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis and strategy for complex property damage cases.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters.
- Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed about the status of their cases and address any concerns they may have.
- Work closely with experts, witnesses, and investigators to build strong cases.
- Attend court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
